isoTree, a U.S. based boutique Internet Marketing & Web Development agency is seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team! This position involves working from home 100% of the time. 
We are looking for a bright, highly organized, and a pro-active problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude. This candidate has to be computer savvy, has the desire to learn new disciplines, and grow in a challenging and vigorous atmosphere, during the next few years on our Team.
This position involves maintaining our financial bookkeeping duties in Quickbooks/MS Excel, working closely with the Financial Project Manager and Controller, assisting in various financial and accounting related issues. Day to day duties involve entering data into the financial software and communicating with clients, as well as assisting with Human Resources initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone with an accounting or related business degree, has at least 1-3 years of related working experience in Bookkeeping, and is looking for a promising and dynamic entry level position with a growing Internet Marketing firm.
It is imperative that the candidates Quickbooks bookkeeping tasks are done accurately, and their written communication (English) is consistently professional, with outstanding punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
All candidates will be expected to take an online exam that evaluates their Quickbooks and MS Excel skills via an independent service.
This will be a part time position of 10-20 hrs/week, working a fixed schedule, each weekday (Monday to Friday), during MT (Mountain Time) regular business hours (For example 8am-12pm MT). You will be expected to be accessible via an instant messenger platform for all billable hours.
Qualifications:
Educational background and professional experience in bookkeeping and corporate administration.
Experience with Quickbooks & Advanced MS Excel skills.
Superior research skills and experience in presenting information in a professional manner.
Based on prior experience, will need to understand how corporate infrastructure systems are organized as well as professional operational system protocols.
Superior English written and oral communication skills.
Computer savvy, with advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.
Basic HTML skills or willingness to learn.
