Our client delivers a complete Sales Performance Management (SPM) solution addressing the needs of the entire corporation. Sales Performance Management focuses on sales effectiveness and planning, incentive plan modeling, quota planning, territory management, sales commission and incentive calculations, and sales performance analytics and dashboards. Our clients flagship product, SPM, helps companies better manage, measure and understand the economic impact and overall performance of their variable compensation programs.
We are currently recruiting for a Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic Presales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand customers key business and technical requirements, business processes, and solution drivers
Provide Sales and Business Development teams with advanced technical product knowledge, solution benefits and on-going support
Prepare and deliver standard product functionality, presentations, workshops, and seminars
Design, Develop, and Present solutions to Proof of Concept scenarios using the companys latest product offerings
Communicate product feedback and functionality requests gathered during customer interactions to product management and marketing
Assist Sales and Marketing in preparing responses to Requests for Proposal and/or Requests for Information
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our standard demo models
Attend trade shows, customer demonstrations and sales appointments (as required)
Required
At least 3 years experience in Related experience with a successful pre-sales track record
Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
English: Fluent
