Rates depend upon style of room and number of guests:
Single room, one person: $600 a month
Double Room two people: $700 a month
Rates include tax but do not include $100 mandatory deposit/hold per room. Small dogs are negotiable, and if accepted are subject to a nonrefundable one-time fee of $50 (limit 1). Dogs are only accepted in single rooms.
